Because let’s be real, the best moments aren’t scripted. They’re in the way your hands find each other without thinking, the uncontrollable laughter, the teary-eyed glances, the way the wind moves through your dress. That’s the magic. And that’s exactly what I’m here to capture.

I take a documentary-style approach. Meaning, I won’t be pulling you away from the people you love or making you feel like you’re stuck in a photoshoot all day. Instead, I’ll be by your side, blending in, capturing the real stuff, the kind of memories that’ll bring you right back to how it all felt. Which, let’s be honest, is what really matters.

At first, I was drawn to capturing life as it is; messy, wild, and beautiful in its own way. But when I photographed my first wedding, something clicked. It wasn’t just about the big moments; it was about the real ones. The ones that happen when no one’s looking. That’s what I fell in love with. Not just taking photos, but telling stories. Preserving emotions. Capturing memories that will mean even more 10, 20, 50 years from now.

When I’m behind the camera, I’m not just documenting moments; I’m holding space for them. Making sure you feel comfortable, at ease, free to just be.

But looking back, I think this path was always waiting for me, I just had to find it.

I’ve always been someone who feels deeply, who notices the little things most people overlook. The way light dances through the trees. The quiet squeeze of a hand when words aren’t enough. The way laughter fills a space with warmth. I’ve always believed that the smallest moments are the ones that matter most, and photography gave me a way to hold onto them forever.

I never set out to be a wedding photographer.

I have way too many plants, and I will probably try to convince you to include florals in your wedding somehow. Flower crown? Bouquet? Table arrangements? Let’s do it.

I’m obsessed with dogs, so if you’re bringing your pup to your wedding or elopement, please know I will be their biggest fan and will 100% get down on the ground to take their photo.

I’ve lived in North Carolina my whole life, and I don’t think I’ll ever get over how beautiful it is. From the Blue Ridge Mountains to the coast, I love helping couples find the most magical, hidden-gem locations for their photos.
